Terms of Service

These terms govern access to Uplitycs at uplytics.space, including the dashboard, tracking script, uptime checks, and status pages. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

You must provide accurate information and keep your password and authenticator safe. You are responsible for activity under your account and for people you invite to a workspace.

First sign-in creates a default workspace. You may add sites you control and install the script. A site is verified when the first visit arrives.

Uplitycs provides privacy-oriented web analytics and uptime monitoring: a small tracker, hourly aggregates, live visitor counts, team seats on paid plans, and public status pages. Features and limits follow the plan you are on (Free, Pro, Max, and any private add-ons).

Each page view and custom event counts toward the monthly cap. We send a warning around 80% of that cap. At 100% further events are rejected until the next month or an upgrade.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when we can. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

You must have the right to add a domain, install the script, and configure health-check URLs. You are responsible for notices to your visitors, for lawful use of the tracker, and for data you send as custom event properties.

You retain rights to your configuration and to analytics derived from your sites. We may use operational metrics (for example total events processed) to run and improve the service in aggregated form.

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it, exceed fair use of health checks, or abuse the tracker.

Paid plans are billed through Dodo Payments. Prices are listed on the pricing page in USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes may apply. Refunds are described in the Refund Policy.

If payment fails, we may downgrade or suspend paid features. Free plan limits still apply after cancellation through the end of any prepaid period.

The Uplitycs name, mark, app, and tracker are ours (or our licensors’). You may install the published tracking script on sites you control. You may not copy the product, scrape the service, or remove brand marks except where a white-label plan expressly allows it.

The service is provided “as is”. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Analytics and uptime checks are best-effort measurements, not a guarantee that your site is up or that every visit is counted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uplitycs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50 if you are on the Free plan.

You may stop using the service and delete sites or the account at any time. We may suspend or close an account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or risk to the service. After closure we delete or anonymize personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, except where we must retain it.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of uplytics.space, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a court finds a section unenforceable, the rest still applies.
