1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Uplytics services, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Permitted Use

You agree to only monitor URLs and endpoints that you own or have explicit authorization to monitor. You may not use our uptime service to conduct denial of service attacks or scan unauthorized private networks.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Dodo Payments. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

4. Lifetime Deals

Lifetime license codes purchased through promotional campaigns grant lifetime access according to the tier specifications at time of purchase.

5. Limitation of Liability

Uplytics provides monitoring services on an "as is" basis and shall not be liable for any downtime or indirect damages arising from service interruptions.
