Last updated 24 September 2026

Scope

This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It applies to the dashboard, tracker, collect API, health checks, and status pages.

Intended use

  • Measure traffic and custom events on websites you control.
  • Run uptime checks on public HTTP(S) URLs you are allowed to monitor.
  • Publish a status page for those sites.
  • Invite teammates within your plan’s seat limit.

Not allowed

  • Tracking people across unrelated sites, or building a dossier of an individual.
  • Sending names, emails, passwords, payment data, or special-category data in events.
  • Using the tracker on properties aimed at children under 16.
  • Installing the script on domains you do not control or have no right to measure.
  • Pointing health checks at third-party origin IPs, private networks, or as a DoS tool.
  • Circumventing event caps, origin checks, verification, or authentication.
  • Scanning, attacking, or overloading Uplitycs or other customers.
  • Reselling the service or stripping brand marks except on a permitted white-label plan.
  • Unlawful, fraudulent, or harassing use.

Enforcement

We may rate-limit, reject events, disable a site, or close an account. Report abuse to legal@uplytics.space.
