Plans
Free is $0. Paid plans (Pro, Max, and any private add-on) are charged in USD through Dodo Payments on a monthly cycle unless a checkout says otherwise. Prices are on the pricing page.
Event caps, website (workspace) limits, and team seats are defined by the plan and enforced in the product.
Cancellation
You may cancel a paid plan from billing in the dashboard or by emailing billing@uplytics.space. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep paid features until the end of the period already paid.
Refunds
Monthly fees are generally non-refundable once a period has started, including unused events. We may issue a refund at our discretion if the service was unavailable in a material way that we caused, or if required by law.
If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction with a mandatory cooling-off period (for example the EEA 14-day right for distance contracts), we will honour that right where it applies. Digital service that you have fully used during that period may reduce or exclude a refund where the law allows.
Chargebacks opened without first contacting us may lead to suspension.
Failed payments
If a renewal fails, we may retry, email you, and then remove paid limits until payment succeeds. Data is not immediately deleted on a failed renewal.
