How do I install the tracker?
Open Settings for your site, copy the snippet, and paste it before </body> on every page. Wait for the first pageview indicator.
How do I redeem an AppSumo / license code?
Sign in, open Account, paste your code, and redeem. Stacking upgrades your tier automatically.
Why am I at my site or pageview limit?
Each plan has hard limits. Upgrade or stack another license on the Account page. Soft warnings appear before the hard stop.
How do uptime alerts work?
We check every 5 minutes. Set an alert email and optional Slack/Discord webhook in Settings. You get down and recovery notices.
